  • 1 hr Hormone or Weight loss Consult, Established patient: $225
  • Non Member Hormone or Weight Loss Follow Up Visits: $200

      Membership

  • Enrollment $199
  • Membership: $275 per month

Includes Provider Management Of:

          Up to 3 sex hormone medications (*Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone) prescriptions, mail orders conveniently    

          delivered directly to your home. *Option to have (progesterone and estradiol order sent to commercial pharmacy)

          Quarterly follow up visits, in person or virtually.

          Basic Monitored blood work**(may use health insurance at a local lab or discounted cash pricing at Lab Corp
