  • New Women’s Visit: $249

      Established Patient 

  • General Women’s Follow Up Visit: $150
  • 1 hr Hormone or Weight loss Consult, Established patient: $225

      Non Member Hormone or Weight Loss Follow Up Visits:

  • Simple follow up: $180
  • Complex follow up: $175

      Membership:

  • $99 enrollment fee
  • $150 per month

Includes Provider Management Of:

          Up to 3 sex hormone medications (*Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone) prescriptions, mail orders conveniently    

          delivered directly to your home. *Option to have (progesterone and estradiol order sent to commercial pharmacy)

          Quarterly follow up visits, in person or virtually.

          Basic Monitored blood work**(may use health insurance at a local lab or discounted cash pricing at Lab Corp
