Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We currently accept Aetna. We are out of network for others and are in the process of credentialing with a select insurance carriers. We are happy to provide a Super Bill, at your request, for you to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement however we cannot guarantee that they will reimburse you for the services that we have rendered. Once requested please provide 24 hours to receive.

Is Direct Primary Care insurance?

No. DPC is a healthcare membership, not insurance. Many patients pair DPC with insurance for hospitalizations, emergencies, and specialty care.

Can I keep my insurance if I join DPC?

Yes. Most patients keep insurance for major medical needs while using DPC for everyday and preventive care.

What type of insurance works best with DPC?

High-deductible health plans, ACA Marketplace Bronze or Silver plans, and employer-sponsored HDHPs work well alongside DPC.

Do you help patients choose insurance?

We don’t sell or recommend insurance plans, but we educate patients on what to look for and encourage working with a licensed insurance broker or Marketplace navigator.

Do you offer pediatric care?

Yes. Our DPC membership includes comprehensive pediatric care, including well visits, sick visits, and chronic condition management.

Are there contracts or long-term commitments?

No long-term contracts. DPC memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled per the membership agreement.

What Type of Treatments are Available For My Fine Lines & Wrinkles?

The treatments available for wrinkle reduction include: Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport), Microneedling with and without PRP or PRF, and Chemical Peels.

Do I Need A Consultation Before My Treatment?

Yes, we provide a consultation prior to each enrollment in memberships or treatments to discuss your concerns, goals, as well as develop a plan of care.

We also offer stand-alone consultations that range between $85-$175, depending on the type of consultation that is scheduled.

What is The Cancellation Policy?

We request at least a 48 hour notification, if you need to cancel your appointment, this allows another patient access to the time slot. If the appointment is no show or cancelled less than 48 hours your deposit will be lost.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

No we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid, you cannot bill Medicare or Medical for our services. We do not provide superbills for Medicare or Medicaid. We are able to provide a super bill for other insurances however we can’t guarantee reimbursement.

What is your refund policy?

Our memberships, services, treatments, and retail products are non-refundable.

Do You Offer Concierge (Mobile) Services?

Yes, we will come to you, your corporate function, or a private event for specific treatments. Please call or complete a form and our office will reach out to you.
